The management of the Ghana education service wishes to inform all those who will be writing the 2020/2021 promotion aptitude test in the coming days to come along with the following items. All those who applied for the following ranks DD, AD1, AD11, and PS should come with the following items;
1.Evidence of text message received (SMS) that is Index numbers, Centers Name, etc 2.Candidates should arrive at the center at least 2 hours before the commencement of the exam. 3.Candidates should come along with a valid photo national identity card 4.Candidates should come along with an original copy of the last promotion letters, upgrading, and appointment letters.
Additional notice on ranks
All candidates applying for the various ranks (Principal Superintendent, Assistant Director 1, Assistant Director 11, and Deputy Director ) using the promotion letters without the master’s certificate should have the national date on or before 2015.
Masters and PHD holders
All candidates who applied with Masters and Ph.D. should have obtained the certificate on or before 2017 but not before the last promotion. Meaning below: a.2015 certificate is not valid because it is the promotion date b.2016 certificate is valid c.2017 certificate is valid
Applicants who use a master’s degree to apply should come along with the original certificate. Certified copies will not be accepted.
No foreign materials include mobile phones will be allowed in the exam hall, candidates will only enter with their writing materials.
