The management of the Akuapem North Education Directorate has asked a teacher at the Amahi M/A Basic school, Ansah G. to write a letter to explain to them the reasons why they should not sanction him for misconduct himself in the course of his duties.

According to the letter signed by (Ms) Grace Owusua Addo the Municipal directoress of the Akuapem North, Ansah G. has failed to obey the code of conduct of the Ghana education services by “pounding fufu and eating during contact hours” and also “refusing to teaching after enjoying the meal”.

Based on the above-mentioned reasons the Municipal Directorate of the Akuapem North has written a letter to Ansah G. to write a letter to explain to them why they should not sanction him.

“You are hereby requested by management to explain why you should not be sanctioned for misconducting yourself in the following ways:
I. Pounding fufu and eating during contact hours
ii. Refusing to eat after enjoying the meal.” The letter stated.

Thanks for clearing the misconception. But my question is how and when do we apply because some of us live in deprived areas so we hardly get information better still I suggest prompting the Directors through to cisos is the best way to go. My opinion though.
