CONAT brings warm greetings to all NABCO trainees .CONAT action team panelled an Honourable District Coordinator on a talk show scheduled yesterday on Agyenkwa FM 101.9 Kumasi . We engaged in intellectual discourse with the coordinator, jaw jaw and intellectually digested the issues of NABCO.
According to the coordinator , the materialization of the Career pathway Transition Process (CPTP) is rest assured by October ,2021.
The embedded delays of March allowance was raised by CONAT action team and appealed management to work on March allowance and other arrears swiftly to put smiles back on Trainees faces .
CONAT urges trainees not to be mortified/deflated but only remain resolute and hardworking at post as we are fully ready to hold government accountable on its promises .
In the ensuing days ,CONAT will engage the 4th power of the state (media fraternity) to see how best they can help to resolve NABCO brouhaha .
Finally ,CONAT urges all NABCO trainees to be heedful as graduates , fight for their right democratically as codify and embodied in the constitution of our land and never be leveraged as race-horses for other lazy and dull – witted Colleagues to build cheap popularity .
