CPD allowance to be paid before 31st December 2022 – Teacher unions

The management of the three major teacher unions Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), and Coalition of Concern Teachers Ghana (CCTGH) have officially disclosed that the Continuous professional development allowance will be paid before 31st December 2022.

According to the teacher unions, they are hopeful that the Continuous professional development allowance (CPDA) for teaching staff of the Ghana Education Service is under Section 16 of the 2020 Collective Agreement.

“It is our hope that the CPD Allowance would be paid before 31st December 2022”. They said.
