Ghana statistical Service extends the 2021 PHC enumeration exercise to 18th July 2021.

The management of the Ghana statistical Service GSS has extended the deadline of the 2021 population and housing census exercise to 18th July 2021 to enable them to achieve their ultimate goal of complete coverage.

According to the GSS, the enumeration exercise was supposed to Complete yesterday 11th July 2021 but due to the aim of the GSS to achieve comprehensive complete coverage and also the inability of some emulators to complete their enumeration areas due to the refusal of some people to allow enumerators to count them, the executive of Ghana statistical Service saw it necessary to extend the deadline of the 2021 PHC enumeration to 18th July 2021 to ensure that those enumeration areas are completely covered.

Management of the Ghana statistical Service GSS is appealing to the general public to cooperate with their enumerators to ensure that they are count.

Also, management appeals to a household population who are were not counted due to work schedule to contact the Ghana statistical service on the following numbers to ensure that they are counted.
