Recently when educate Ghana Trainees was asked to update their details on the CPTP portal for the career pathways transition process it became difficult for some of them who did not have the license certificate to update their details because the license certificate was the major requirement for one to update his or her status at CPTP portal.
This generated a lot of complaints from those few trainees without the license certificate and their attention drawn to the NABCO trainees association of Ghana (NABTAG) leaders about the matter.
NABCO trainees association of Ghana (NABTAG) leaders organized a press conference on the 2nd of march 2021 and address the concerns of their members who were not having the license certificate and promise them that the fact remains that Ghana education services policy is that every staff of the Ges who is to enter their classroom must have license certificate as one of his or her qualifications and for that matter the in
NABTAG can’t change that fact but the only thing they can assure their members without license certificate is that no educated Ghana Trainees will be neglected and that plans are far advance to ensure that everyone is included in the career transition process.
Today 8th march 2021, NABTAG leaders stated it clearly that trainees without licensure certificate in this situation should be in wait for further directives from their hard-working management.
NABTAG leaders added that they are currently in consultation with management for other ways or alternatives to ensure that all educate Ghana Trainees are included in the transition process.
“NABTAG leadership has consulted management for alternative arrangements which shall soon be materialized.” They said
