On 19th May the National Teaching Council NTC met stakeholders on matters affecting teacher Trainees. Some of the issues discussed were allowance for Teacher Trainees’, Blended Education. Leaders of TTAG complained to NTC about the fact that some newly trained teachers could not part take in the NTC induction program that was organized virtually.

On the engagement with the National Teaching Council, the management
commended the leadership of TTAG in taking steps to address various
challenges in the Colleges of Education. They promised to rally behind TTAG to
attain the best for its constituents
NTC Induction program for newly trained teachers
The attention of the leadership was drawn to the complaints of some newly
trained teachers who could not take part in the induction program organized
Virtually by the National leaching council hence the need to intervene.
The leadership of NTC at the engagement agreed to reorganize the induction
program. All affected newly trained teachers are entreated to submit their details to the Public Relations Unit via

exercising calmness as issues have been tabled before stakeholders to be
