The following are the Key points from the meeting,

  2. The NST seeks to assess the learning attainment of the child so that, where there are gaps the appropriate interventions can be instituted for positive outcomes.

3 All children shall be given an index number based on the unique EMIS code generated from the data submitted. The schools that have not submitted their EMIS DATA 2022 are advised to do so by clicking here

  1. The cost of the Test which is subsidized by the government shall be borne by the respective private schools.
  2. The subsidized price per child is GHC 34.00 and GHC 38.00 for P2 and P4 respectively
  3. It must be noted however that, this is optional for Private Schools and does not include their Internal Administrative Charges.
  4. Payments for the P2 and P4 NST would be paid through designated NaCCA accounts ahead of the Test
  5. Thirty-five thousand (35,000) Test Administrators are expected to be engaged by NaCCA from Public and Private Schools.
  6. Regional Coordinators/ Chairmen Directors would be expected to play a major role in ensuring the success of the exercise
  7. The Test would be conducted largely in the schools except in hard-to-reach areas which would be brought to a convention center. All schools are expected to treat this information with the needed urgency because of the brevity of time.
