Stop intimidating our teachers-Gnacops to GES

By | March 15, 2021

It has come to the notice of the Ghana National Council of Private Schools

(GNACOPS) that, some officers from Ghana Education Service, GES, are
going around telling some private schools to go on compulsory mid-term,
close, they will close down their schools.

GNACOPS wishes to inform all member schools that they should not be
perturbed by such intimidation and harassment, because there is no
Regulation that states that schools should compulsorily go on mid-term.

The decision to go on mid-term depends on individual schools and how to

run its academic calendar.

If any school wishes to stay throughout the term for some reasons, please,
go ahead and do not allow other people to disrupt your operations.
