Ghana Education Service (GES) has asked all the District directors of Education to compile a list of teachers who have qualified for transfer grants, car maintenance allowance, and the other allowance for the 2019 and 2020 academic years.
Qualified Teachers are hereby encouraged to submit their supporting documents to their district Educational Directors for verification and onward submitting to the Director-General for processing.
All Regional Directors are kindly requested to inform District Directors to collate and submit data on qualified beneficiaries of Transfer Grant. Car Maintenance and other allowances for the year 2019 and 2020, with supporting documents to their respective Regional Directors latest by 30m April 2021
Regional Directors are then expected to vet the data and submit both soft and hard copies of the list of qualified beneficiaries with supporting documents tor their respective directorates under all the categories of allowances Using the existing templates and submit final data to the Director-General. attention Head of Budget by 15th May 2021.
