The 21 Mandatory CPD points building Courses for all In-Service Teachers.

The Registrar at the National Teaching Council (NTC) Dr. Addai Opoku said the licensing of teachers will be of no use without its points building and its renewal.

Due to this teachers will be required to part take in any three of the under-listed courses by the management of the National Teaching Council to train in it within the three years.

Each course carries 5 CPD points. Every teacher is expected to select and attend training on three of the under-listed courses within the three years CPD cycle.

The expected mode or. Channel of training includes PLC (CBI or SBI) and CoP (DBI or Duty Based Training) or Demand-driven training.

Most teachers are not aware of the courses listed above. A lot of them need to be enlightened about how-to trained in their selected courses.
