The academic schedule for UCC 3, 4 &5 semesters sandwich has been Released for 2021/22. Take note

The management of the university of cape coast UCC has released the academic calendar for students offering bachelor degree programs in sandwich 3, 4, and 5 semesters for the 2021/2022 academic year.

According to a letter signed by the director of the School of Education and development outreach, Professor Christian Addu-Yeboah.
Students offering 4 and 5 sandwich semesters programs will start online lectures starting from 12 July 2021, to 13th August 2021.
Face-to-face lectures will begin from 22nd August 2021 to 3rd September 2021.
End of semester examination commences from 27th December 2021 to 7th January 2022.

UCC 4 and 5 sandwich semesters (B.ED) schedule dates and Activities.
21st May 2021 to June 4, 2021: Appointment of lecturers for 5 semesters (B.ed) sandwich programs

24th May 2021 to June 5 2021: Registration of courses for 4 and 5 sandwich (Bed) Students

30th May 2021 to June 11, 2021: Residential marking of 4 and a 5-semester sandwich (Bed) End of semester examination.

7th June 2021 to 18th June 2021: Preparation and uploading of learning materials on the E-learning platform by the course coordinators.

12th July to 13th August 2021: online lectures for 4 and 5-semester sandwich programs

23rd August to 3rd September 2021: Face to face lectures for 4 and 5 semester (Bed) sandwich programs
18th December 2021 Students report for the second session.

20th December to 24 December 2021: second-semester quiz for the 4 and 5 semesters ( Bed) sandwich programs.

27th December 2021 to 7th January 2021: End of semester examination for those offering 4 and 5-semester sandwich (Bed) programs.

3-semester UCC sandwich programs
According to the management of UCC, Students in this category are to note that;
A) cohort 1 semester starts on 12th July to 13th August 2021.
B) cohort 2 students are to report on 22nd August 2021

17th -21st May 2021: Appointment of lecturers for 3-semester cohort 1 and 2-second session.

17th -28th May 2021: online lectures for cohort 2 first semester.

23rd May – 5th June 2021: Residential marking of 3-semester cohort 1 End of the first-semester examination.
24th May – 5th June 2021: Registration of course for 3 semesters second semester.

7th – 9th June 2021: workshop on course pack writing 3-semester sandwich, second semester.
14th- 19th June 2021: preparation and uploading of learning materials on the E-learning platform by course coordinators, 3-semester sandwich, second semester

12th July to 13th August 2021: online lectures for 3-semester sandwich (Bed) programs, cohort 1 second semester.

22nd August 2021: cohort 2 three-semester students report for the second session, first semester

22nd August to 3rd September 2021: face to face lectures for 3-semester cohort 2 students (second session)

22nd August 2021 to 3rd September 2021: cohort 1 students report for face to face lectures for
Second semester

30th August to 5th September 2021: Quizzes and End of semester examination for cohort 2 first semester

22nd August to 3rd September 2021: cohort 1 students report for face-to-face lectures for the second semester.

13th September to 12th November 2021: cohort 2 students begins their online lectures for the second semester

20th to 24th December 2021: second-semester quizzes for sandwich cohort 1 and 2 for the second semester

27th December 2021 to 7th January 2022: End of semester examination for cohort 1 and 2 second semester.

9th to 15th June 2021: Residential marking of 3-semester sandwich Bed programs cohort 1-semester examination.
