The final year student of the college of distance education has written a petition to the management and examination board of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) registering their displeasure about the kind of exam the school has set for them as questions for their final paper (Advanced Financial Reporting 11).

They said the questions for Advanced Financial Reporting 11 set by the university as their final paper to help them meet the academic course demanded by the university for a student to complete his or her two-year’s distance Bachelor of Commerce education is difficult and above the standard of the course.

The paper in question was the last examination paper of the three-week examination papers to complete their two years stay in the school but this paper did not go well with the students as plan. The students think they may not perform well in the paper which may not allow them to complete their course successfully in the university which they find it necessary to demonstrate against the paper to make authorities of the university review the exam paper.

Speaking after the paper one of the Rep at Zenith College-based, Mr. Angmortey Emmanuel gave assurance to his colleague’s students that they will follow the issue to the bottom to ensure that authorities of the university heard their petition and rectified it as soon as possible.

“we will ensure this time our petition reaches the highest and the right authorities for the right action to be taken and the issue rectified as soon as possible.” Mr. Angmortey Emmanuel said.
