The payment of salaries to public sector workers for the month of February 2023 has general delayed mostly the customers of Ghana Commercial Bank PL which has kept most customers of the bank complaining due to the delays.
But according to the management of the Ghana Commercial Bank PLC’s response to some customers, there has been a data challenge of the salary processing file from the controller and accountant general Department CAGD, and hence has been sent back to CAGD for correction.
Management of GCB however apologize to their customers for the delays and added that salaries will be paid as soon as possible.
